Online Toys and Tools for EFL/ESL teachers
The tools below are simple programs I put together to make creating EFL / ESL exercises easier and (hopefully) more fun.
They are currently still in development, but mainly do what they're supposed to do. Each has the option to either create an excercise online, or download it in .rtf format.
I recommend the latter. It means your text remains in the browser window and you can make changes if it doesn't come out right, and it's very easy to edit the file or copy and paste the exercise into a worksheet or test.
.rtf documents open in MSWord and most mainstream word processing packages. MSWord can easily save them as .doc files.
Have fun, and please let me know if you found any of these tools useful. They're free to use, and you can distribute the exercises freely (you'll soon be able to host them on visarus or bobs12.com!) but selling them is prohibited. I don't guarantee perfect results every time, so please check exercises carefully before taking them into the classroom.
